Chesterfield Australia purchases the Faresin Industries franchise in Western Australia to become the brand’s exclusive agent for Australia and New Zealand
Chesterfield Australia, known in the industry as the country’s largest John Deere dealer among others, has become the exclusive distribution agent for the full range of Faresin telescopic handlers and mixer wagons in Australia and New Zealand.
Chief Executive Officer Gary Bone says the Chesterfield is looking forward to reinvigorating the Faresin brand.
“Chesterfield Australia has introduced Faresin equipment to our existing extensive product offering across the agricultural, industrial and lawn care equipment range,” Bone says.
“We are committed to supporting the local agricultural industry and economy by directly importing products, distributing machinery that is fit for purpose and employing local dealer support and customer support representatives.”
Along with the acquisition of the Faresin franchise in Western Australia, Bone says two local dealerships have been appointed.
“Chesterfield Australia is well positioned to support a dealer network in Western Australia and provide greater product choice, flexibility and support to customers,” he says.
“We have more than 50 years’ experience in the agriculture sector throughout Queensland and New South Wales and successfully support a growing Faresin dealer network in Victoria.”
Chesterfield Australia has partnered with Kewdale-based Source Machinery and the Ratten & Slater dealer group which operates out of Esperance, Albany and Gnowangerup.
“We are delighted to partner with Source Machinery and Ratten & Slater, who will stock and distribute all Faresin equipment,” Bone says.
“The four dealerships offer extensive industry knowledge, outstanding service and a local understanding.”
Source Machinery Director Barry Murphy says Chesterfield Australia is the perfect dealer to support the Faresin franchise in the west.
Warren Slater, who is Ratten & Slater Dealer Principal adds the partnership is a boost to both companies.
