2016 AgQuip show only days away

More than 3,000 companies will be represented at this years’ three-day Commonwealth Bank AgQuip expo, which kicks off on August 16 at Gunnedah, New South Wales.

AgQuip is Australia’s biggest farming field days, and a smorgasbord of new farming machinery products is tipped to be launched.

Fairfax Rural Events group manager Kate Nugent says more than 100,000 visitors are expected and that visitors can expect to see a wide range of products being demonstrated.

“The simple grid pattern of the purpose-built AgQuip site makes it one of the best in Australia for visitors and the dedicated areas for demonstrations will be bigger than ever this year,” Nugent says.

While tractor and other farm machinery dealers and manufacturers keep a tight lid on new product announcements in the lead-up to the event, a number of product demonstrations have been confirmed featuring everything from fencing to cattle crushers.

TradeFarmMachinery.com.au’s technical editor Tom Dickson will be at the show next week, so stay tuned for all the updates.
