It is Giltrap’s ability to adapt to changing demands and trends in the industry that has gotten the NZ-based agriculture machinery manufacturer so far.
While the company is predominantly focused on forage wagons and feeding equipment, increasing demands have seen them venture into manufacturing fertiliser spreaders and distributing bale handling equipment from Hustler which has triggered a fair amount of interest at the Henty field days.
At Henty 2013, we spoke to Giltrap Business Development Manager Warren Grose about the company and what it stands for.
According to Grose, Giltrap is a company which listens.
“Generally, most of our equipment nowadays are getting larger as farms are becoming bigger,” he says.
“Clients are also asking for more technology such as electronic scales, monitoring of equipment and being able to better handle their produce.”
