The American ag giant says the 400hp model will give producers the freedom to adjust, manage, monitor and transfer data the way they want.

“We’re unlocking a level of connectivity and remote monitoring never before seen in a Magnum tractor,” Case IH high-horsepower marketing manager Jay Barth says.

“We’re excited to introduce the newest member of the Magnum family. The goal of infusing AFS Connect with a 400 horsepower Magnum is to help improve producers’ workflow, productivity and efficiency for those demanding jobs that require additional power.”

But, the technology is the cornerstone on this machine and all eyes should be on the new AFS Vision Pro operating system, which Case IH claims is “familiar and easy to use”.

Farmers are able to configure the new AFS Vision Pro operating system to their choosing by using its tech to tailor the machine to preference.

Along with the new operating system come the new AFS Pro 1200 display, Automated Brake Assisted Steering, and a new cab that Case IH designed from scratch.

New AFS Connect Magnum 400 tractors from Case IH provide connectivity, visibility and increased power that allow farm managers to make better-informed decisions while increasing productivity.

“We used a clean-sheet approach to completely redesign this cab,” Case IH says. “We listened to producers and took a hard look at what we could do differently, and it really shows when you get inside.”

TradeFarmMachinery.com.au caught a glimpse of the new AFS Pro 1200 display recently at AgQuip 2019. It’s certainly an upgrade from previous displays, providing crisp, intuitive and visually stunning graphics.

“Remote display viewing connects operators with farm managers seamlessly, and Bluetooth capabilities pair the display with a mobile phone to bring everything onto one display,” Case IH says.

No exact word as to when this exciting new product range from Case IH will arrive, but it is rumoured that the new AFS Connect Magnum tractors will make Australian shores by mid- to late-2020.
