Description
Linkage air assist Suntuff 500 litre sprayer with a 88 L/min diaphragm pump and 800mm fan. Ideal for smaller vineyards or orchards and smaller horsepower tractors.

Features:
Pump: Silvan oil-backed diaphragm type with nitrile diaphragms and corrosion resistant, cast anodised aluminium body. APS71: 67L/min. capacity 5000kPa pressure. APS96: 88L/min. capacity 5000kPa pressure.
Fan Size: Axial flow type, fan with curved nylon reinforced blades, galvanised cowling and protective mesh cover. 600mm with 8 blades on 200L unit. 700mm with 8 blades on 400L unit. 800mm with 10 blades on 500L unit
Nozzles: Flip-over type for dilute/concentrate spraying, ceramic jets, stainless steel swirl-plates. 200L unit: 10 single nozzles (5 per side) twist on/off. 400L unit: 12 flip over nozzles (6 per side) twist on/off. 500L unit: 14 flip over nozzles (7 per side) twist on/off.
Gearbox: Single-speed with neutral position, oil-bath type.
Controls: 3 outlet with pressure regulator. 400/500L models standard with extra length hoses - for tractor control mount.
Tank: Polytuff, impact resistant, polyethylene construction with litre calibrations, non-spill screw-down lid.
Frame: Galvanised steel, suit cat I & II linkage (200L cat I linkage only).
Agitation: 200L: bypass, 400L / 500L: dual bypass.
Pressure Gauge: Glycerine filled gauge, located on the control valve.
Filtration: Lid strainer, suction line strainer and stainless steel nozzle filters.
PTO Driveshaft: Quality driveshaft with quick release pins & safety cover.
HP Required: 200/400L: Minimum 20 PTO HP, 500L: Minimum 40 PTO HP.
