For a faster, more economical, and more efficient wrapping method, we highly recommend the Tubeline TL50 Inline Bale Wrapper.
This machine boasts an extended chassis and the more modern Twin Wrap Kit. This meant that bigger, heavier workloads can be accomplished with consistent, high-quality results.
Using the aforementioned Twin Wrap Kit, the TL50 can wrap round bales up to 6 in diameter in just under 30 seconds.
The automated process composed of Push Ram, Film Snap, and Bale Dispatch puts the emphasis on feeding fresh bales into the machine thus reducing the time and effort exerted by the operator.
As standard, the LSV control series affords operators simple analog knob-and-switch controls over the machines hydraulic functions instead of levers.
Nonetheless, consider choosing the ECV series for a more intuitive and reliable control system.
