Toowoomba-based Equipment Specialists are the new distributors for Solis tractors across Australia

Solis tractors are being sold through a new distributor in Australia, with new models available now.
The tractors produced by Indian manufacturer Sonalika Tractors will now be distributed by Toowoomba-based Equipment Specialists, which also distributes the original Alfa tractors and Lovol earthmoving machinery.
The distribution handover had been in the works for the past nine months, but the process was slightly delayed because of the COVID-19 pandemic, only being finalised this year.
Equipment Specialists Operations Manager, Lawrence Perkins, says the Solis machines have already proved popular as it builds up its inventory.
“We have already sold a few already and we’ve got more ordered to come,” Perkins says.
“We’re ready to sell units now. It’s been a nine month process to sort everything out because of the virus but it’s been formally sorted for three months or so and we’re ready to go.”
The first of the Solis fleet arrived in late April with more units to arrive over the coming weeks in time for FarmFest in Toowoomba on June 8-10.
In all, Equipment Specialists will have 26 different models of Solis’ 2021 tractor range available, including models from their S-Series, N-Series and H-Series, when factoring in different attachments and designs.
Among the inventory is the N90, a 90-horsepower heavy lift capacity tractor built to ensure easy operation with enhancing functionality. A spacious machine, the N90 has been given a small facelift this year with a new, narrow façade making the machine more stylish and appealing.
The N90 includes power steering and is ideal for vineyard and orchard farming. It also boasts a 2500kg hydraulic lifting capacity with the overall tractor driven by a 12F+12R transmission.
Also among the inventory at Equipment Specialists are a plethora of S-Series tractors including the S50, S60, S75, S90 and S110 models.
Solis says the S-Series are an ideal combination of power and efficiency with the compact farm tractors built to be extra durable and equipped with a range of implements to execute agricultural and maintenance tasks with increased versatility.
The H-26, a tractor powered by a three cylinder, 26 horsepower Mitsubishi engine will also be available.
A multifunction tractor, the H-26 is equipped with hydro-static transmission, advanced tech features and a high lifting capacity. It also includes Solis’ new HST tractorshift technology which enables the operator to perform efficiently across varying terrains between different speeds while still retaining maximum comfort for the operator.
Currently the Solis H-26 is the only tractor in its range with tractorshift.
