Queensland’s premier agricultural and family event, Ekka will be held over 10 massive days from August 8 to 17 this year.
Inarguably Queensland’s largest annual event, the Royal Queensland Show, otherwise known as Ekka is celebrating its 138th event this year.
On top of showcasing the state’s best agricultural produce, Ekka also presents a variety of fun-filled activities to keep both young and old members in the family occupied.
Families can go on a huge selection of rides, purchase a wide range of showbags, or watch nightly live dance, music and fashion shows.
Children can get up close and personal with animals in the Animal Boulevard, which will feature a number of livestock including chickens, sheep, cows etc. They can get hands on by milking cows or feeding calves for a rich learning experience.
NewFarmMachinery will be occupying a stand at Ekka so make sure you drop by, say hi and pick up a goodie bag while you’re at it.
