Okay, so you may-or-may-not have seen a potato harvest before, but this loader makes it infinitely more interesting.
The Overload, by Hack Harvest in The Netherlands, can seperate potatoes from everything else in the load, then turn itself into the agricultural machinery equivalent of a mantis to load a truck with the produce.
