Located just 20 minutes outside Toowoomba is Enterprise, a stunning cattle, horse and grain property perfectly suited to farmers looking for a move-in ready property that can start earning right away.

The property spans 145ha in three freehold lots – 1 x 85a and 2 x 30ha. Local estate agent Elders Toowoomba describes it as a very well balanced property with country running from superb, soft, high-yielding cropping country through to elevated dark brown to red grazing country ideal for cattle or horse training.

In terms of farm amenities the property has a number of cattle yards of various sizes, with a total capacity of around 200 head. The yards are fitted with a Leicht Industries immobiliser squeeze crush and have good truck access.

Around 89ha of the farm are currently used for cash crops including sorghum, wheat, barley, hay production and cattle feed crops.
