Product Focus: Hercules wheel loaders

Designed locally for Australian conditions, the Hercules H-Series and HD Series wheel loader ranges are perfect for agricultural work

Hercules H-series wheel loaders and its heavy-duty (HD) wheel loaders stand out among the pack, assembled locally for a wholly Australian-owned company.

Built with both operator and owner in mind, Hercules loaders are built with quality materials and are designed with some of the most advanced additions available, all those best suited to Australian conditions.

The units are developed and sold by Yatala-based Brisbane Mini Excavators, backed and supported by decades of experience in the earthmoving and heavy machinery industry.

The H series is aimed more towards general agricultural work as a ‘farm all-rounder/work horse’; while the HD heavy-duty loader series is built by Caterpillar (Qingzhou) and is ideal for heavier agricultural usage, such as dam building, logging, stick raking and ripper work.

All the loaders have heavy duty axles, a constant 4×4 drive and are powered by either Cummins engines or Cat-nominated engines, with each of the Cummins engines backed by an Australia-wide two-year full manufacturer’s warranty.

Each model has a windshield without pillars, offering 360 degree optimum visibility from the operator’s seat. The extra large deluxe cabins are fitted with ergonomic electronic pilot joystick controls and high-volume integrated air conditioning to meet local standards.

The wrist, arm rests and right-handed side console are ergonomically positioned for optimal driver comfort.

Each model comes equipped with hydraulic quick hitching, heavy duty tow points and an advanced European-quality transmission, an extra-large colour reversing camera and a quality mechanical suspension seat.

The engine and radiator cover open from ground level, making daily service checks a breeze by providing easy access to features such as the greasing points, oil levels and the fuel filters, helping increase productivity.

The H series models run a dry brake system combining air over hydraulic disc brakes. The disc brakes are self-cleaning and are easily maintained with debris covers for protection. Manual handbrakes are standard in all models.

The HD series braking system has Cat technology-certified parking brakes and improved material heat treatment, increasing durability in the harshest conditions.

The HD Series also has two brake air tanks and a single circuit brake system with an air out-take port for convenient daily servicing.

With a high productivity load sensing hydraulic system, it provides consistent and precise blade movement; and with A-frame designed drawbar it provides strength in all blade positions. With Hercules Loaders you can feel the quality and see the difference.

Hercules has a fully dedicated parts division to support loader maintenance and many of the parts can be dispatched within 24 hours.

Its highly professionally trained service division and onsite mechanical workshop are available for aftersales support.

Throughout 2022 Hercules Loaders will be supporting local farming and regional communities across many agricultural shows throughout Australia.

Hercules Loaders is proud to announce that it will be sponsors of the NQ Field Days show on April 7–8, 2022. Additional shows supported during the year will be found on its website.

BME Sales is the Australian distributor for Hercules loaders, located halfway between the Gold Coast and Brisbane in Yatala.

It’s a family-run business operating for over 30 years, specialising in loaders, excavators, graders and attachments, and has a rental division supplying variety earthmoving machinery to local councils and contractors
