New Holland Australia has announced Forbes Machinery Centre from New South Wales’ Central West as its 2020 Dealer of the Year
The award is presented annually at New Holland’s annual dealer conference in the Hunter Valley to the dealership that is deemed the “most outstanding from the New Holland Dealer Network in Australia”.
“The Dealer of the Year is an award that celebrates the highest score across nine criteria under the New Holland Blueprint assessment program,” New Holland network development manager Murray Gran says.
Judging criteria includes finance and business operations, customer focus, whole goods, parts and service operations, Precision Land Management certification and market share.
Along with the award, Forbes Machinery Centre will also take home a financial reward and a special logo which the winning dealer is eligible to use for the ensuing 12 months.
“Forbes Machinery Centre excelled in all criteria, despite being in one of the worst-hit areas for drought during 2019,” Murray adds. “It goes to show that even under the most adverse conditions a dealership can still be judged the best in the country”.
Forbes Machinery branch manager Peter Nixon accepted the award and credited the hard-working team at Forbes Machinery Centre.
“Apart from a complete surprise and being somewhat speechless, this award is in recognition of the great team we have at Forbes Machinery Centre,” he says. “All parts of this business have excelled and individually can take pride in the award”.
Forbes Machinery Centre is part of the Agricultural Equipment Holdings group (AEH1), a team of farm machinery dealerships from Central NSW.
