In a huge coup for the Australian Ag sector, CNH Industrial says its decision to acquire the Cowra-based company was a strategic move.

“The acquisition of K-Line Ag is further concrete expression of the Agricultural Segment’s stated aim of seeking both strategic acquisitions to enhance their respective agricultural offerings, as well as their role as industry consolidators,” CNH Industrial Chief Executive Officer Hubertus Mühlhäuser says.

“Our brands will now be able to even better serve their customers, thanks to K-Line Ag’s outstanding product portfolio and knowledgeable team who now join the CNH Industrial family,” Mühlhäuser adds.

K-Line Ag was founded in 1993 and specializes in its range of heavy tillage implements, hay rakes and harrow systems. The family business then expanded into the North American market in 2013.

In 2018, TradeFarmMachinery.com.au toured their impressive facility and Headquarters in Cowra, New South Wales.

CNH Industrial Managing Director – Agriculture, Australia and New Zealand Brandon Stannett says CNH Industrial was excited to be making this level of investment in an Australian company.

“We’re proud to bring K-Line Ag into the CNH Industrial agriculture stable and know that together we can continue to raise the bar with equipment that satisfies the needs of farmers looking for sustainable farming solutions that don’t compromise on efficiency and productivity.”

K-Line products will be available from Case IH dealerships in North America and through the Case IH, New Holland, and K-Line networks in Australia and New Zealand.
