Lemken appoints new managing director

Lemken Australia and New Zealand has appointed Cameron West as its new managing director and sales manager

West is said to have a machinery background and has reportedly served various senior sales roles within the agricultural machinery sector.

“With his strong technical background and his extensive experience, he is a valuable asset to dealers and farmers alike,” Lemken says. “He is supported by a service manager in order to provide optimal technical and service support to dealers and farmers across the region,” the company adds.

The European manufacturing giant opened its doors down under in 2018 to spread its products network of dealers in relevant areas of Australian and New Zealand.

Lemken’s product range for Australia and New Zealand focusses on soil cultivation machinery and seed drills produced in Germany which are specially adapted to the soil conditions, crops and farm sizes of the local markets.
