The Paddock Blade tow-behind paddock cleaning device has been introduced to Australia
Paddock Blade Australia says it is a simple and easy tow-behind device designed to clean up and clear your paddocks from horse manure, and has already been sold in the UK with great success.
The Paddock Blade is maintenance free and can be hooked up behind an ATV, tractor, ute or even a car, picking up everything from horse manure, sheep droppings and camel dung to loose chippings, stones, fruit and rubbish.
“It’s primarily for use with horses and ponies but we have had many customers use them for their alpacas and even for sheep,” the company says.
The Paddock Blade comes in three models: the standard, the budget edition and the custom colour finish model.
The budget version is a similar to the standard Paddock Blade but without the rear and side cut-outs. It also comes in a red high-gloss anti-corrosion and UV resistant powder coat finish.
The standard Paddock Blade comes with the same powder coat finish. Built from 4mm steel, it weighs 40kg and measures 1200mm x 1200mm x 300mm.
Paddock Blade claims the device will save you 70 percent of your paddock picking time.
The company aims to expand the business across the dich to New Zealand this year as well as doing promotions on the Field Day circuit.
