The latest version of the popular Farming Simulator game is now available for pre-order on console and mobile platforms
Aspiring farmers will soon be able to sow crops, harvest grains and enhance their production chains on the go as Farming Simulator 23 arrives for iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch.
The successor to Farming Simulator 2020 on mobile allows players to control their virtual farm from anywhere and builds upon the success of the console-compatible Farming Simulator 2022.
The game features more than 100 authentic farming and forestry machinery vehicles and equipment from manufacturers such as Case IH, John Deere, Massey Ferguson, Claas, Fendt, New Holland and more.
Farmers will have the option of two new maps – Amberstone and Neubrunn, inspired by European and North American environments – as well as their choice of farming whether that be agriculture, animal husbandry or forestry.
There are 14 crops to sow, plant and harvest including grapes, olives and sorghum which have been added to the mobile version for the first time. Cows and sheep remain a staple of the livestock offering however the new iteration in the Farming Simulator franchise will see the ability to own and farm chickens.
Goods made from harvests can help expand farming businesses with production chains that can be established with the use of trucks and other vehicles to transport goods.
For new virtual farmers, the tutorial mode and AI helper remain, while a new autoloading feature for logs and pallets has been introduced to streamline the farming process.
Farming Simulator 23 will be released on May 23 but the game is available for pre-order for iOS, Android and Nintendo Switch devices now.
