Central New South Wales’ premier agricultural and rural lifestyle event, the Mudgee Small Farm field days is scheduled to take place this year on July 11 and 12.
Over 400 businesses from the agricultural and lifestyle sectors are expected to exhibite at the 37th Mudgee Small Farm field days.
In addition to displaying the best that New South Wales’ agricultural sector has to offer, the event will also feature a series of free information sessions, demos and activities to keep visitors occupied.
Some of the programs visitors can look forward to include wood fired oven design and construction; fashions in the field; strawbale and sustainable building talk and demo; rose garden establishment and care; and a cooking demo showing you how to prepare meals using different parts of the pig.
The little ones can also look forward to a range of activities lined up just for them such as arts and craft activities, face painting, pony rides etc.
The event is organised by the Australian Rural Education Centre (AREC).
