This delivers a total floor area of 5,220sqm, which Now Buildings says could accommodate around 520 four-wheel drive vehicles parked side by side in a showroom layout.
While grain storage was the primary intention of this shed, the building is already proving its versatility and is currently being used to house a mix of trucks, heavy machinery, vehicles and even light aircraft.
Now Buildings’ James Walker says this sheer scale and practical design offers a clear example of how modern infrastructure is supporting regional industries.

Major suppliers have already flagged price adjustments, Now Buildings says, along with additional freight-related cost increases.
Now Buildings has been able to hold down prices based on a set allocation for the EOFY sale, thanks to material already locked in at pre-increase prices rather than being a typical sale.
“As a result, our customers have the opportunity to secure what are likely to be the lowest prices available before the market shifts,” Walker says.
“Current projections indicate increases of up to 10.1 per cent once new supplier pricing takes effect.
“This EOFY period presents a genuine opportunity to secure your new shed before confirmed industry price rises.
“We’re also seeing an uptick in demand leading into EOFY, as more customers look to secure their new shed before prices go up.
