Land rollers can be expensive, but are necessary especially for low lying crops on uneven ground which can damage header fronts come sowing time.

They’re used to push down stones and hard soil clots, to allow the header to get closer to the crop.

The Flatout series of land rollers consist of three different kinds including Tri-Plex Rollers, Flatout Fixed Roller and Twist Rollers, all of which have 75mm bearings and an RHS frames.

Drum options consist of 12mm, 16mm and 25mm offering ground pressures up to 1,000kg per meter, ideal for rolling lentils, peas and beans.

The three section design of the Tri-Plex Roller provides an even roll with overlap in between each of the rollers.

There are four different models of Tri-Plex Rollers that range in width from 9.1m to 18.2m.

The Flatout Fixed Roller with 12mm steel offers ground pressures up to 650kg per meter, and there are four different models of Flatout Fixed Rollers that range in width from 3m to 4.2m.

The three-section-design roller provides an even roll with overlap in between the rollers.

The sole Twist Roller model is 6.1m wide and can weigh anywhere between 2.5 and 4.5 tonnes, depending on the roller thickness (drum option) chosen.

All Oz Value Ag rollers feature hydraulic locking mechanisms, adjustable drawbars, hydraulic turning wheels for fold and unfold and 5-inch pins to allow contour following.

Oz Value Ag also supplies a range of air seeders, bale feeders, disc tillers, grain chasers and scrapers.

The company has two dedicated outlets at Ballarat in Victoria and Kingaroy in Queensland and its products are also available through The Sprayer Barn, Points Direct and Serafin Machinery in New South Wales, and Gaffnery Machinery in Tasmania.
