The Bobcat TL30.70 Agri has a maximum lift capacity of 3 tonnes and a maximum lift height of just under 7m. The telehandler measures just 2.1m wide, including its 24-inch tyres.

Bobcat says the TL30.70’s dimensions are smaller than those usually seen on a 7m-lift model, making it better suited to cramped working spaces.

At this stage it has yet to be confirmed if the telehandler will be coming to Australia.

As launched in Europe, the TL30.70 is available in two cab configurations – a low-height cab position that results in the TL30.70 having an overall height of 2.1m or a higher cab position for increased visibility.

The new telehandler is also available with a choice of two different versions of the standard Bobcat D34 diesel engine.

A 55kW EU Stage IIIB is billed as the more economical option, and does not require selective catalytic reduction (SCR) technology or the use of AdBlue. The second option is a 75kW EU Stage IV diesel intended for use in heavier applications. This second engine model uses SCR as well as diesel oxidation catalysts (DOC).

The TL30.50 has a heavy-duty hydrostatic transmission with two-speed range and a ‘shift-on-fly’ system that optimises speed and torque for individual tasks. Bobcat says the Hydro-Vario transmission delivers a smooth 0-40km/h stepless driving experience and allows for a 17-tonne towing capacity when equipped with Bobcat’s trailer brake system.

Other new features on the TL30.70 include Bobcat’s new Power Lift technology that increases boom speeds and productivity, and also boom cushion retract which automatically slows the boom speed when the boom is almost fully retracted or at min/max angles.

Inside the cab, the TL30.70 telehandler features a fully adjustable air-suspension seat, as well as an automatic parking brake for added safety.
