The range includes the newest Kubota M Series tractors and implements, Great Plains machinery and Krone silage and hay equipment.

Kubota Australia senior product manager Lars Pasedag says Krone is driving innovation and adopting ag-tech processes to boost Australian farmers’ on-site efficiency.

"The Krone HDP II square baler sets a new benchmark in large square bale production, as it features the world-first development of an eight-knotter system, which enables the machine to handle extremely heavy bales." Pasedag says.

"The Krone Comprima round baler range also features innovative updates, with a new W-pattern tine arrangement, replacing the usual straight line, for constant flow of crop.

"And there’s also the Comprima Xtreme, featuring the same strong features as the Comprima but offering faster elevator and pick-up speed for higher productivity," he adds.

Other new products to feature in the pre-season implements range include new Kubota CD compact discs and the SC seeding combination series, which Kubota says has received upgrades.

The new SC seeding combination series features the ISOBUS iM Tellus and TellusGO universal terminals designed for ease of operation, monitoring and control.

The CD range now offers new wider working widths. It offers maintenance-free bearings, robust disc arms and high-capacity bearings for improved durability. An Actipack roller handles clod crushing and very firm soil re-compaction.

New Great Plains Manufacturing implements are also an addition to the range. Great Plains, which specialises in grain drills and vertical tillage equipment – was acquired by Kubota late last year,

The featured Great Plains Turbomax seeder boasts yield-boosting seedbed preparation because it conserves soil moisture. Rear gangs offset the front gangs, splitting the blade spacing to 9.5cm for what Kubota describes as "superior residue sizing in one pass".

Kubota Australia’s pre-season offer includes a special finance offer of 0.9 per cent across all implements, and every round baler purchased comes with six net roles, equalling 6 x 2600m twine.
