UD Trucks is offering businesses the chance to win an all new Quon for an entire year

After the successful launch of the Quon earlier in the year, UD Trucks says it wants customers to start experiencing the new truck for themselves.
So it’s giving all Australian businesses the chance to win a new GK 17 420, GW 26 420 or GW 26 460 Quon prime mover for a year. The competition opens March 12.
The competition winner will also receive 12 months’ servicing through the UD Trucks dealer network.
“We are so confident in this truck and have been looking forward to customers being able to experience the range for themselves,” UD Trucks Australia vice president Mark Strambi says.
“What better way than to drive the all-new Quon for an entire year!
“We believe this is the best Japanese truck on the market. Being the best is a big claim to make, but when you have created a truck like the all new Quon, we are confident that we can back it up,” Strambi adds.

UD says refinements to the whole driveline have improved fuel efficiency, as well as complying with pPNLT emissions standards that exceed Australia’s Euro-VI emission requirements.
There also a number of new safety features on the Quon, with proprietary technologies such as Traffic Eye Brake and Lane Departure Warning designed to protect drivers and pedestrians alike.
UD says the new Quon is suited to virtually any type of heavy-duty haulage application and the company looks forward to seeing what the competition winner has in store for the big truck.
“We know our customers’ applications are varied which is why we are offering a prime mover fit-out best suited to the winner’s application,” Strambi says.
“It’s the ultimate real-world test and we know our customers won’t look back.”
The ‘Win a UD for a Year’ competition is open to all transport operators with an Australia ABN and runs until the winner is drawn on the October 4.
