Unveiled by national distributor McIntosh at a dealer event in Perth, the Miller 7000 series features a new cabin and a new, more fuel-efficient and more powerful engine.

The two new Nitro 7000 series models will be available next year, which McIntosh Distribution’s Jonathan Bent says will build upon the success of the previous 6333 and 6365 models.

“The 6333 will be replaced with the 7380 model, at 383 peak horsepower with 1459Nm of torque, while the 6365 will be replaced with the 7420 model, at 434 peak hp with 1629Nm of torque,” he says.

“We have a very good product in the 6000 series and we are proud to have the opportunity to present an even stronger product to the Australian market with these new models.”

Bent says the Nitro 7000 Series offers significant increases in both horsepower and torque via its Iveco power plant, along with the benefit of better fuel efficiency.

“We’re building on the feature set that we had with the 6000 series, which gave us performance and reliability, better fuel economy and a focus on the operator environment, as well as functionality,” Bent says.

“We are very excited about the release of the 7000 series and we think growers will appreciate the range of features available on these models.”

The new 7000 series also features a 6100-litre tank as well as a new wide range boom options, including the Miller Spray-Air system, which is available on booms up to 36 metres.

The new cabin has been designed to provide panoramic visibility with increased appointment and monitoring features.

Automated filling and rinsing controls are a standard inclusion, with a 7.5cm (3-inch) fill meter, ensuring maximum filling efficiency.

“The auto rinse and fill function is the perfect example of how the 7000 series has been designed to maximise productivity for the operator,” Bent says.
