[SPONSORED CONTENT] If you’re looking for a custom-made relocatable office, amenities block, disabilities toilet block and much more – built in Australia from local materials – than you can’t go past Ryebucks Portables.

Custom built at its factory in Ballarat, the family-owned business can construct a portable building perfectly suited to specific requirements.

With sizes ranging from nine square metres to 75 sqm and everything in between, clients are welcome to provide a rough sketch of how you’d like your portable cabin, office or granny flat to be configured and will provide a scaled plan, a quote and if accepted construct the building accordingly.

Ryebucks’ units are fabricated on a strong rigid chassis that can be towed across rough ground or slung into position; and can be supplied with removable wheels.

Structured insulated panels (SIPs) are sourced from Bondor-Solarspan, widely regarded as the best in the business. The panels are fire rated at BAL40.

“Our philosophy is to build robust, simple yet comfortable buildings that are eminently suited to a harsh Australian environment, be it a bush block, a farm or just a backyard,” the company says.

“Our cabins are fully insulated and leave the factory fully finished – they’re not a kit, each cabin is delivered ready for use.

“Our cabins come with a 10-year structural warranty and will provide decades of service irrespective of the environment in which they are placed.”

While simple in design, Ryebucks’ portable buildings can be optioned with all sorts of features – even including the kitchen sink!

Accommodation blocks can feature ensuite bathrooms, toilets, vanity basins and shower enclosures with exhaust fans; plus kitchenettes with stainless steel sinks with base cabinets and overhead cupboards and hot water services.

Double power points are fitted throughout along with interior and exterior LED. A reverse-cycle air conditioner is included.

Structurally, flooring is heavy-duty wood grain vinyl while the walls are Colorbond both inside and out for a maintenance-free finish. Both walls and ceilings are fully insulted.

Other options include LPG instant gas hot water, cassette toilet, heavy-duty wheels, breakfast bar, deluxe bathroom and kitchen featuring compact refrigerators and bench top cookers, plus more.

Ryebucks can also build wheel chair access ramps and disability fit outs.

Prices start from just $4,850 plus GST for a nine sqm cabin that is fully finished with an aluminum window and heavy-duty vinyl floor. Shipment to anywhere in Australia can be arranged.
