GrainKing to expand into QLD & NSW

Australian manufacturer GrainKing is set to expand its business into NSW and Queensland

Partnering with Chesterfield Australia, Grainking’s award winning Nyrex chaser bins, Maximus field bins and Seed and Super bins will become available at 14 branches across South East Queensland, Northern and Central New South Wales.

GrainKing CEO Colin Jorgensen believes an increased level of interest across Australia for its Nyrex bin is due to its runner up award at last year’s Swedish Steel Prize.

GrainKing has now established a full time Business Development and Technical Support Service Manager based in NSW to support the expansion

GrainKing says the bins are stronger and lighter than those currently being used by farmers, making them more efficient and longer lasting.

Chesterfield Australia group sales manager Brad Davis says the partnership with GrainKing was a perfect fit for two family businesses.

“We’re convinced the Nyrex Chaser Bins will add to our arsenal of farm machinery that will increase efficiency and reduce costs for grain farmers.

 “But more importantly, both businesses have the interests of farmers at heart,” he adds.

The Nyrex Chaser bins are 25 per cent lighter than steel plate thanks to its use of Strenx product. GrainKing claims that it provides a longer life than conventional bins, better energy use and minimises soil compaction on farms.

 “Our use of cutting edge technology, high quality materials and skilled labour means we are providing customers with innovative and intelligent solutions to increase their productivity and efficiency,” Jorgensen says.
