Held in Kielce, Agrotech is the largest agricultural event in Poland and sees more than 700 exhibitors take part in the event.

Case IH’s SoilXplorer, a part of AGXTEND range of advanced farming products, was awarded Agrotech’s gold award for its ‘functional properties, performance parameters, ergonomics and safety, the efficiency of use and energy consumption, quality and design aesthetics, and impact on the natural environment’.

The SoilXplorer soil sensor is a contactless sensor for mapping and varying tillage depth and uses electromagnetic signals to measure the soil conductivity.

The SoilXplorer can measure soil conductivity at four depths of 0-25 cm, 15-60 cm, 55-95 cm and 85-115 cm.

It is conveniently fitted to the front three-point linkage of the tractor.

Case IH says its AGXTENDTM series products complement and significantly expand on the current offering of Case IH advanced farming systems (AFS), which will ultimately include a full range of interconnected solutions and services.

Case IH also took out the most original and innovative exhibition presentation style, for its whopping 1200m2 site which was presented at the Agrotech opening ceremony

Case IH says its exhibition "strongly emphasizes both the rich product offering and the brand's wide range of innovative technologies, available within the AGXTENDTM series, aimed at increasing efficiency and effectiveness to provide strong benefits to Case IH customers.
