The announcement comes just a few months after Roylances announced it was the new Kubota dealer for the Forbes region.

Roylances, who started out in the automotive and earthmoving industries before recently expanding into the agriculture market, says they’re excited about the addition of JCB machines to their offering.

“JCB is amongst the top three manufacturers of construction equipment in the world,” company representative Justin Roylance says. “There are very few worksites around Australia you can drive past that wouldn’t feature the iconic JCB backhoe, but more than that, they have a fantastic range of tractors, excavators, wheeled loaders, forklifts.

“The list is extensive, stretching to 300 different products. We already have some monster machines on site, with the impressive 455ZX Wheel Loader arriving first, whilst we are expecting an 8330 Fastrac tractor (one of the fastest tractors on the market) within the next couple of days,” Roylance adds. “Aside from that we have received a 3CX Elite Backhoe – the 3CX being the world’s number one selling backhoe – and a 155W Wheeled Skid Steer Loader, a machine which is very versatile and perfectly suited to tight worksites.

“Overall, we’re excited by what JCB offers – they are a global organisation with a great support network around the world, specifically here in Australia – and they are committed to seeing the growth of the brand in this part of the country.”

2020 has been a difficult year for many businesses due to COVID-19, but incentives like the Instant Asset Write Off Scheme will hopefully encourage customers.

“The timing of the new arrivals is perfect given the government incentives on offer at the moment to allow farmers, trade and industry to upgrade or add to their fleet, whilst JCB CEA (Australia) is offering attractive financing options to make the purchase of a new machine as easy as possible,” Roylance says.

“From our perspective, we’re receiving new machines every week, and working hard to build an inventory of parts and a workshop to provide service and maintenance for machines, so it’s full steam ahead, whether Kubota or JCB – it’s a very exciting time for Roylances.

“The government regulations with respect to Covid-19 have an ongoing effect on the way we are operating,” Roylance adds. “We have all the necessary precautions in place, so we’re happy for people to come in and see the new JCB range, and we’re also looking to have machines available for site demonstrations too, so the local region will be seeing plenty of us over the coming months.”
