Waringa Distribution has become the exclusive Australian distributor of cultivation equipment manufacturer Grégoire Besson

The French manufacturer has more than 220 years of history and is regarded as a premium manufacturer of cultivation and soil preparation machinery.

Its range includes ploughing, stubble cultivation, soil restructuring and seed bed preparation equipment with a variety of configurable options suitable for all farm sizes and terrains.

Grégoire Besson's product range includes the Voyager semi-mounted reversible plough

Waringa Distribution, founded in 2014, already works with global brands such as Agri-Spread, Elmer’s Manufacturing, Highline Manufacturing, Equalizer and Geringhoff.

It has a dealer network totalling more than 60 across the country and distribution hubs in Perth – where its head office is also located – and the Victorian town of Horsham.

The company’s general manager Sam Abbott says the deal with Grégoire Besson will help to grow Waringa’s brand and provide another quality product for its customers.

"Our customers expect the best, and the Grégoire Besson Brand is well-known and regarded by farmers globally for its strength, versatility, and high level of performance," he says.

"There has been strong demand from our dealers and customers for premium cultivation equipment, and following extensive market research, we are confident that Grégoire Besson will not only meet but exceed our customers’ requirements and expectations.

"Grégoire Besson complements our existing brands and enables Waringa to offer a comprehensive range of high-quality equipment for every stage of the growing process."

Grégoire Besson president Patrick Besson says the company’s priority with expansion is "adapting the soil engaged machines to local conditions and ensuring a high-quality service through a professional network of importers and dealers."

The Grégoire Besson range will be available through Waringa at the end of this year in preparation for the 2023 season.
